Credit Cards   

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. You can place an order on-line using our secure server and order form or call us toll-free at 1-877-205-8993 to process an order over the phone. 

PayPal

Just select the PayPal button when checking out.  The shopping cart will guide you through the process.... secure, quick, & simple.

Checks

We also accept checks. Naturally this form of payment will take a little longer to process considering funds must clear before our warehouse will ship any merchandise. Checks must be printed with your correct and current information. Make checks payable to Hot Video Warehouse or HV Warehouse and send with the order form. You will find the address and directions on the order form after you select the mail order method at time of checkout. You will simply print out the order form and send it with your payment. You may also send a money order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are $4.95 for the first item and $1.25 for each additional item. They are all shipped Priority mail with delivery confirmation and should arrive within 3-8 days. Your package can be tracked at any time. There is also an overnight shipping option. However, it will be delivered "overnight" from the time your package is ready, not necessarily from the time you order.

International Orders

We ship to any country in the world. However, it is your responsibility to know the laws of your community regarding the purchasing of pornographic material. We will not be held liable for any predicament which may arise due to the shipping of these items. Although we ship your purchases via USPS and try our best to package your items discretely, we are not responsible for lost or confiscated orders. Make sure you select the "International" shipping selection to cover postage.

When does your order ship?

Most orders will ship within 24 hours of being placed. If all items are in stock and we receive your order before the shipping cut-off time, it will be processed and shipped that same day. Arrival times vary depending on factors such as your location & the shipping method you choose. You will receive a 15% discount off your next purchase if we ship your order more than one week after you made the purchase. We understand that you want your products shipped quickly and we appreciate your patience.

We use an SSL Server,... or Secure Socket Layer. This means that all of your personal information is encoded as soon as you submit it. This way no one else can view it or take your personal information as it travels across the Internet for verification. If your still not comfortable, you call call us toll-free to place an order over the phone, fax us your credit card number, or send a check or money order.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain boxes with the return address of HV Warehouse. As well, if you pay by credit card, your statement will display a charge by HV Warehouse.

What if an item is out of stock?

If you order an item that will be out of stock for longer than one week, we will contact you and offer you a refund or another item. We understand that you want your products as soon as possible and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
