Return Policy

We will be happy to refund or exchange any factory sealed unopened DVDs within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover charges that occurred while processing your order.
Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not pay for postage on returns.
Your items must be returned to us in the same condition as when originally shipped.
Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
Defective DVDs will receive prompt attention for exchange and will be replaced with the same item.

Since videos are not factory sealed, we cannot accept any exchanges or refunds on VHS videos unless defective.

Refused items can be resent or cancelled.
